The above format is the more common type of ringtone. An RTTL/Nokring format ringtone contains 3 elements, Name, Settings and the Notes. These three parts are separated by a semicolon.

This format is not necessarily the easiest type of format because it involves you typing it into your Nokia mobile phone using the inbuilt composer.
